Yoga — For The Road · Hawaii

Hawaii · In-person classes

There are mornings where your body holds more than you can put into words

you don't need a clean practice history
or the right outfit to start

just a place to move, breathe, and land

Yoga Practice

A blend of Vinyasa and Kundalini: sun salutations to open the body, a Kundalini set to work the energy system, breathwork, and meditation. 75 minutes. Open to hotel guests and local community.

A class for
where you are

We begin by bringing our presence into the body, move through the breath, and land in the quiet. Classes are a blend of flow and repetitive motion paired with breath practice and mantra.

If you've only practiced Vinyasa, Kundalini will feel different, and that's intentional. Where Vinyasa flows continuously from pose to pose, Kundalini works through sustained, repetitive movements held with breath and focus. Less about flexibility and more about building energy, clearing the nervous system, and arriving somewhere still. The two styles together make for a complete practice.

You'll leave feeling different than when you walked in. More settled, more open, more yourself.

01

Vinyasa Warm-Up

~20 min. Cat-cows, gentle stretches, and sun salutations to bring you into your body and sync breath with movement. All levels.

02

Kundalini Kriya Set

~25 min. A specific yoga set each class. Working the nervous system, spine, or glandular system.

03

Pranayama & Breathwork

~15 min. Breath of Fire, long deep breathing. The tool that changes everything.

04

Relaxation & Meditation

~15 min. Savasana, then guided or mantra meditation. The part where it all lands.

Ayla Grace

Ayla Grace

I'm a formally trained yoga teacher in Vinyasa, Kundalini and aerial yoga. I came to this practice the long way, through teaching at studios in New Jersey, New York and Los Angeles, and simultaneously teaching for years on the road, backstage.

Teaching in spaces that weren't built for yoga but needed it anyway. Green rooms, hotel rooms, tour buses, and everywhere in between. That experience taught me something a studio never could: holding a room of strangers at different levels, in an unfamiliar place, and making the practice feel intentional.

My work has brought me into rooms with high-profile clientele, celebrity clients, and everyday people who just needed somewhere to land. The practice I offer is the same regardless of who's in the room. Rooted, real, and designed to actually do something.

Hawaii is where I'm planting this next. These classes are an extension of everything For The Road was built on. Supporting people in motion, wherever they find themselves.

→ More about For The Road

Yoga is a practice designed to unite the body, mind, and breath. To quiet the noise and return you to yourself. There are many lineages, many doors into this work. What I share here is what I have found to be the most transformative. A blend rooted in my own practice, my own path, and years of teaching people in motion.

Good things to know

No. The Vinyasa warm-up is accessible for first-timers, and Kundalini is less about flexibility and more about breath and intention. Arrive five minutes early on your first class and introduce yourself.

Comfortable clothing you can move in. A mat is provided. Bring your own water. Loose layers are great for the cool-down and meditation portion. We practice barefoot.

Email us to inquire. A valid Hawaii driver's license or state ID is all you need. We'll verify and send you a private booking link with local pricing. Simple as that.

Never. You manually renew each month when you're ready. No subscription, no card on file for recurring charges, and nothing to cancel. Life happens. Come back when you're ready.

Packages are per person. Each student needs their own booking and waiver on file. If you're traveling with someone, each of you would book separately.

Warm, grounded, and welcoming. Kundalini is a powerful practice. It asks something of you. But the atmosphere is human and unhurried. First-timers are as welcome as longtime practitioners. Come as you are.
